Every process involved in the development of our products is done on the farm, from starting plants in the greenhouse to harvesting (by hand) and drying in our solar herb drying building. Fruit and vegetables are dehydrated in our commercial dehydrator. Herbs are hand stripped, blended, packaged and labeled in the farm's licensed kitchen.

We know exactly what goes into our products because we grow the ingredients.The ingredients in our products are never fumigated or irradiated as are imported herbs. Although people's awareness of agricultural poisons in our food supply is increasing, it is not yet commonly known that the majority of herbs and spices used in this country are imported from other countries. Imported herbs are not only fumigated before, during and after shipping, they are also grown where pesticides are unregulated and often overused. Since 1986 we have gradually added new products to our list of offerings. It is our pleasure to bring them to you by way of the World Wide Web.
